No response or payment within 24hrs that your invoice is sent will result In your invoice being deleted.

Deposits are non refundable but can be moved to another date up to 2-4 weeks depending on the item purchased and how far along we are on your order.. Please note that you want to give us enough time to save your order for the new date.
Without a deposit your order will not be held and you risk losing your date requested.
Without a 1-2 week notice a late fee based on the order amount will be applied to your order. Late fees are based on the order amount ranging from $15.00 - $100.00
If you are arriving 15 minutes later than your pickup time please message us so that we can attempt to change our schedule. Without notice we can not assure that someone will be available when you arrive.
All photos sent are used as a reference. We can not duplicate someones exact work.
